If you'd like any prints of my photos don't hesitate to let me know. You can find most of them on this site or Flickr and Facebook. Im sure we can come to a reasonable price for either the black and white or colour at varying sizes.
Most of these are made using my Leica M6 with a 35mm Voigtlander Nokton Classic f1.4 lens and Poundland AgfaPhoto ISO200 metered at ISO400. The rest are likely be my FujiFilm X100 or Olympus XA1, though I have acquired quite a few more. The Portrait series were made wth my Yashica 124G TLR medium format camera.
I find film an exciting yet thoughtful medium, making me consider more carefully before hitting the shutter.
Adjective: quotidian – Of or occurring every day; daily.
“The car sped noisily off through the quotidian traffic.” Ordinary or everyday; mundane.
Taken with my Yashica 124G TLR camera – I hope that this will become a series of a good few locals over time, and may even find somewhere in physical space to be shown eventually – ideas and possible plans are already in motion.
The full series should be in black and white (Ilford HP5) but I’m experimenting with colour (Kodak Ektar) along the way.
Portsmouth (Pompey) Football Club is my local team, and this is how I see it as an outsider to the world of football. This also feels like an appropriate project with which to stretch my black and white legs.
Living in Southsea, the beach is a large part of mine and others lives. People often use it in their own unique ways.
